Established in 1997 as a vital arm of the HAB Group, Provo Water Company (PWC) has been dedicated to delivering reliable water distribution services across Providenciales. Today, PWC is a cornerstone of the community, supplying 90% of the island’s water needs from its advanced reverse osmosis plant in Grace Bay.

Our top priority is to ensure that every drop meets the rigorous standards set by the World Health Organization (WHO). This commitment is upheld through daily sampling and testing carried out across our network and at our in-house laboratory. Equipped with advanced analytical equipment, our lab performs hundreds of tests each day—monitoring everything from microbial activity to mineral content—to ensure that the water reaching customers is consistently safe, clean and of the highest quality.

With a production capacity of over 1,000,000 gallons per day, PWC not only supports the daily needs of homes and businesses but also maintains a dependable reserve to respond swiftly to emergencies.

We continue to embrace innovation. All PWC meters are now digital “smart” meters, enabling customers to track their water usage online in real time. This added transparency helps households and businesses manage consumption more efficiently and with confidence.
