For over 40 years, our steadfast commitment has woven us into the fabric of the community. As proud contributors, we remain dedicated to supporting our island home and country for years to come.

Origins

Established in 1983, HAB Group emerged as a leading Turks and Caicos Property Developer, acquiring 800 acres on Providenciales, the island's "tourism capital." Recognizing the area's potential, they purchased Turks & Caicos Water Company in 1989, enabling the development of Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club. By 1992, the popular golf club was completed, alongside strategic beachfront developments at Grace Bay and other land acquisitions.

Property Boom

HAB Group has led the Providenciales property development boom, renowned for luxury beachfront condos and commercial properties. Diversifying into resort management, they've earned accolades for Villa Renaissance and The Regent Grand. The portfolio also features premier developments like Regent Village, known as "the heart of Grace Bay". The upcoming project, One Grace Bay, poised as their third beachfront resort, promises excellence in the heart of Grace Bay.

The Future

Providenciales stands as a globally acclaimed high-end holiday spot and prime investment destination. HAB Group takes pride in its role in the island's growth, which has transformed from less than 600 inhabitants to a vibrant community of over 40,000. Provo Water Company will continue to provide a reliable and safe water supply to Providenciales, expanding to over 7000 homes, whilst exceeding World Health Organziations standards.

Our Vision

Our vision is to cultivate a thriving community by developing our area sustainably, prioritizing environmental preservation, and fostering the well-being of our staff. Through innovative practices and a commitment to excellence, we aim to create a harmonious environment where residents and employees alike can thrive and prosper.
